Jeffrey Plunkett has been promoted to executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Nvest of Boston. Plunkett, who previously was senior vice president and associate general counsel, joined Nvest in 1996.
Ivy Mackenzie Distributors of Boca Raton, Fla. has named three regional sales vice presidents: Thomas Caughran, Keith E. Schwartz and Bernard Wolocko. Caughran has joined Ivy Mackenzie from Funds Distributor of Boston. Schwartz was previously a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch of New York, and Wolocko was regional marketing director and wholesaler of annuities for ARM Financial Group of Louisville, Ky.
Christopher Guarino has joined BISYS of Little Falls, N.J. as president of the plan services division. In this role, Guarino will work with both 401(k) plan sponsors and fund companies.
