Jim Loveridge has joined IFS Financial Services of Cincinnati as senior vice president for financial institutions, a new business unit at IFS. Loveridge previously was senior vice president for retail marketing, at Integrity Life Insurance Company of Lousville, Ky. IFS' parent company, Western-Southern Life Assurance Company of Cincinnati, acquired Integrity Life Insurance in March. IFS is a distributor of fixed and variable annuities and mutual funds.

Susan Grause has been promoted from chief operating officer to CEO of Dresdner RCM Global Investors of San Francisco. Caroline Hirst, who was a technology executive with the firm, is now chief operating officer.

Mary Hauck has joined the boards of trustees of Gabelli Blue Chip Value Fund and the Gabelli Utilities Fund, funds of Gabelli Asset Management of Rye, N.Y. Hauck, who is now retired, was previously a senior vice president and portfolio manager with Dreyfus Corporation of New York. Arthur Ferrara has been named a director of The Treasurer's Fund, another Gabelli fund. Also retired, Ferrara was previously chairman and CEO of Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, the U.S. division of Guardian Life of Trinidad and Tobago.
