Keith Mitchell has joined Putnam Lovell Securities of San Francisco as a managing director in the firm's asset management investment banking group. Mitchell was previously managing director of U.S. operations for AIB Asset Management Holdings, a division of Allied Irish Bank of Dublin.
Jeff Helms is now managing director for institutional sales for FOLIOfn of Vienna, Va. Helms was previously national sales manager for Calvert Securities Corporation, a division of The Calvert Group of Bethesda, Md.
Frances Emerson has joined MassMutual Financial Group of Springfield as director of corporate communications.
