Ivy Fund Management of Boca Raton, Fla., has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to introduce the Ivy European Opportunities Fund, which, through sub-advisor Henderson Investment Management Ltd., will invest 65 percent of its funds in European companies. Ivy, with an eye towards long-term growth, will particularly focus on small cap companies and the emerging markets of Europe. Ivy Fund expects its European Opportunities Fund to be available in early April.
