Mackenzie Investment Management, a mutual fund investment adviser with expertise in international investing, has filed a preliminary prospectus with the SEC for five International Solutions funds, all of which are funds-of-funds.
The five International Solutions funds will include investments in both Ivy Funds and non-affiliated funds. The non-affiliated funds have been selected on the basis of their expertise in managing international assets and include funds from Bankers Trust, Lazard Asset Management, Montgomery Asset Management, Scudder and Warburg Pincus.
The five International Solutions funds will probably be available in the first quarter of this year.
