Morningstar site has 250,000 registered users

Morningstar.Net, the investment information website of Morningstar now has 250,000 registered users, according to company officials. An average of 12,000 people sign up for the free registration each month. The site was created in March 1997. Registrants have access to portfolio tracking and can participate in discussion groups. A premium service is also available for $99 annually, which offers subscribers additional information including Morningstar news stories.
