Seeking a single source of truth with Chris Zuczek

In a new episode of the Financial Planning Podcast, Chris Zuczek explains why he believes data centralization done right is a game changer and what customer satisfaction means to him. 

Zuczek, chief product officer for Skience, is a 20-year financial services veteran who joined the solutions and consulting provider last year. Before that, Zuczek was chief product officer at Discovery Data, a New Jersey-based provider of data and analytics solutions for financial services and insurance companies.

Zuczek also previously served as vice president of product management at Albridge Solutions, the data aggregation and analytics subsidiary of Pershing and BNY Mellon.

In the newly created role, Zuczek leads product management efforts for Skience, overseeing development and enhancement of the platform to address emerging industry needs. He’s also responsible for implementing strategies to ensure that firms have positive experiences with the platform.

During his conversation with FP Podcast host and lead editorial producer Justin L. Mack, Zuczek talks about the importance of centralized data; solving compliance issues with software amid an evolving regulatory environment; and why the most powerful element of the fintech industry is the human touch.
