Bill Brice

Bill Brice is the 2014 chairman of the Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA) as well as the founder of AlphaTrust Corporation, a provider of eSignature solutions. He started AlphaTrust in 1999 to capitalize on a sustained, long-term shift from paper-based document processes and has become an industry leader in electronic and digital signatures. Brice�s areas of expertise centers on the applicability of electronic signatures to particular work processes, transaction types and risk/reward analysis. Brice co-founded Brice Foods in 1978, and as chairman and CEO grew the company into a global enterprise best known for �I Can�t Believe It�s Yogurt� stores. The franchise has expanded to include 1,500 locations in 43 countries. With Brice Foods he designed leading-edge computer information systems for operations, manufacturing and research and development.Brice is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He received the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1995 from the International Franchise Association.
