Karen's as coach and facilitator of educational programs is to engage participants, sharpen their communication and leadership skills, build confidence and assist them in creating a supportive and diverse work environment. Through the process, she enable participants to capitalize on their strengths, make valuable contributions to their work, and foster more positive relationships.She has 20 years� experience in designing and delivering workshops on skillful communication and team effectiveness for Fortune 500 companies, manufacturing environments, and government agencies. She designs and leads courses in performance management, coaching and feedback, conflict management, consultative sales and effective meeting models for Pfizer, Mobil, General Electric, Morgan Stanley, Time Warner, CVS/Caremark, Kroger, and AT&T. She also provide individual sales coaching and negotiation/influence skills training for luxury retailers including: Yves St Laurent, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Estee Lauder, Piaget and Nautica. A lead facilitator of Political Savvy/Strategic Influence program working with senior leaders, project managers, and supervisors in dozens of clients including: Wells Fargo, Citibank, CVS/Caremark, J&J, and Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, she conducts supervisory effectiveness training as part of Corning Inc. faculty. She designs Customer Service and quality programs for banks, credit unions, and retailers. She also provides coaching to leaders in Executive presence, enhanced meeting facilitation and a number of core leadership competencies in a variety of industries. She is a lead instructor certification programs in a variety of subject areas and hired as facilitator for corporate curriculum. She has a Bachelor of Science from SUNY College at Buffalo with Concentration in Psychology.
