Lynn’s career with American Express spans more than 25 years. She has held various leadership and sales positions where she has been responsible for developing new business partnerships with strategic national accounts across multiple industries.Lynn joined the LoyaltyEdge Business in April 2011 where she heads up the National Sales Team. LoyaltyEdge is founded upon American Express’ heritage of innovation and thought leadership in the loyalty space. LoyaltyEdge helps clients assess, design and manage customer loyalty programs including: program design and launch, technology platforms, redemption options and fulfillment, customer servicing, marketing and analytics. Lynn and her team have been successful in implementing programs with key partners, including six of the top 20 banks, which has taken LoyaltyEdge from a startup to a successful business.Prior to joining LoyaltyEdge, Lynn was Director of Strategic Sales in Global Merchant Services.� She secured business relationships with customers including Costco, AT&T, Verizon, Trader Joe’s, Fry’s Electronics, State of California and Starbucks.A native of Chicago, Lynn is a graduate of The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.� She resides on Bainbridge Island in Washington State.
