Over a 20+ year career focused in structured finance, Mr. Madigan has executed both principal and financingtransactions in a wide variety of assets and industries consisting of publicly and privately offered debt, the purchase and sale of assets and businesses and various other capital raising activities.Mr. Madigan earned a BS degree in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomingtonand an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a CFACharterholder.
