Great post! Writing down and visualizing your end goal can help you make the right choices. Noting all the positive qualities within us will give us strength and help to overcome fear and self doubt. Another way of doing this by getting ourselves busy. Inactive people easily get depressed.

It is rightly said, " Frequently battles of the world are won not by the strongest or bravest man. Ultimately the one who wins is the one who thinks he can". There is no greater enemy than self-doubt. Keep abreast of technical changes in your field. Build up a good team. Exercise daily. Spend time with family. Take time out for friends. All this helps in building a stronger inner you and you will be able to keep self-doubts away.

In humans, there is a consciousness that is not obliged to follow the commands of their "primitive" brain. And the first thing you should do if you want to get rid of fear is to stop trusting fear, stop viewing it as a guide to action, to cease to fear him. You need to act a little paradoxical way, not the way you sense dictates.

For fear - it is only a feeling. Roughly speaking, it is a program that performs a robot from our example, when coming to a balcony. This is a program that starts at a chemical level, your brain (using epinephrine, for example), after it receives the information from your senses.
