George Lemmon

SVP and head of sales, employee benefits

George Lemmon serves as senior vice president and national head of employee benefits distribution at Voya Financial. In this role, he is responsible for establishing and implementing the long term strategy of employee benefits group and voluntary sales initiatives as well as managing the EB sales team. Prior to this role, he served as executive regional manager of Voya’s Chicago regional sales office where he managed the sales, service and support personnel serving parts of Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa and Indiana. Under George’s direction, the office was responsible for over $100M in group and voluntary in force with annual sales goals over $25M.
