Jason Johnson

Before joining MB Financial Bank, Jason worked in Fannie Mae's National Servicing Organization as the Director of Fannie Mae's Florida pre-foreclosure mediation program, and prior to that as Senior Corporate Counsel for litigation, workout and bankruptcy operations for Capitol Bancorp Limited (Lansing, MI and Phoenix, AZ).Jason has also been a partner in the private practice of law representing financial institutions and handling real estate transactional matters, and he has served as an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Michigan Department of Attorney General.� He is a graduate of Kalamazoo College and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
