Tracy Poy

Tracy Poy is Fannie Mae’s Director of Program Management and Governance within the National Servicing Organization (NSO). In this capacity, Tracy is responsible for project management, compliance and governance for the NSO New Initiatives team, which develops loss mitigation solutions and alternatives for foreclosure. Previously, Tracy was responsible for the development and implementation of the Administration’s Making Home Affordable (MHA) programs. From 2001 to 2008, Tracy managed product development, programs, business system implementation and strategy development for Fannie Mae teams focused on risk management, operations and audit. Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and government from the University of Virginia and a master of business administration degree from the University of Maryland.
