If you're a woman with an advisory career - either at an RIA, a wirehouse, a regional brokerage or a bank - this forum is your opportunity to rub elbows with other high-ranking women advisors.

Speakers at the daylong event will include Mindy Diamond, chief executive of recruiting firm Diamond Consultants, who will lead a session titled, "Five Mistakes Women Make While Being Recruited." At the Women Advisors Forum in New York earlier this year, Diamond explained her theory, saying that women tend to "work in the business" and neglect to "work on the business," meaning they don't think about the strategic direction of their practices, which holds them back.
