Job Seekers Say Interviews Toughest at Goldman Sachs, Edward Jones

Job hunters in financial services—and other industries— can look for tips from a variety of online communities, or at least clues on what to expect. Interviews, for instance, are tougher at Edward Jones and Goldman Sachs than at Scottrade and State Street, according to anonymous reviews at the online community Glassdoor.com.

Its latest report (see chart below) collated the results for companies with a minimum of 20 reviews in the last year, with an average of 50 each.  The report also looked at employee satisfaction, finding that only Goldman Sachs did better than “OK.”
