Amy Potter is the Chief Financial Officer for the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA), which is comprised of two joint powers agencies responsible for managing the design, planning, financing, construction and operation of California’s largest network of toll roads – State Routes 73, 133, 241 and 261 in central and south Orange County. Ms. Potter joined TCA in 2004 and served as Assistant Controller, Controller and Director of Finance and was responsible for financial reporting, treasury, budget, and bond finance, cash flow and debt management activities prior to assuming the position of CFO in November 2012. Prior to joining TCA, Ms. Potter worked in public accounting for 16 years in the areas of audit, tax, and business process improvement and strategic planning. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Science degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.
