Dan Cira

Dan is Vice President of Retail Collections Default Department.Dan is responsible for managing several default business units as well as leading a team dedicated to technology integration. Dan is tasked with introducing new technology to Collections, upgrading existing technology and identifying areas for process improvement, especially through automation. Dan's analysis and strategy have helped reduce FTE, provide data integrity and ensure timely and consistent processing of critical tasks. Integration efforts are not only breaking down silos within the M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank Retail Collections Department, but also with other business partners both internal and external. Dan has been with M&I for five years and prior to that spent nine years with Chase and three with a collection agency.
