David Blaisdell

David Blaisdell is a Vice President with Bechtel Enterprises, the finance and development arm of Bechtel.� Mr. Blaisdell joined Bechtel Enterprises in 1997 and has more than 15 years of experience in project finance and development. �Mr. Blaisdell has lead responsibility for project development and bids including project feasibility, development, project finance, investments and partnering arrangements with a primary focus on the P3 market in North America.����Mr. Blaisdell has been involved in all aspects of Bechtel Enterprises� business including project development and finance, international financings, asset and investment management and asset sales.� Mr. Blaisdell served on the Board of APX, a company that is a leader in electricity trading and environmental commodities as well as on advisory committees for infrastructure and other investment funds where Bechtel Enterprises was a Limited Partner.� �Mr. Blaisdell holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.� He is a registered principal with FINRA and holds Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.�
