Douglas Kilcommons

Douglas Kilcommons is a Senior Vice President within Wells Fargo’s Education & Nonprofit Banking Team.� Prior to joining Wells Fargo in August 2014, Doug headed Moody’s Local Government Surveillance Team, overseeing a staff of approximately 30 analysts across the United States responsible for the surveillance of approximately 10,000 tax-supported, local government credits. The majority of Doug’s career was spent at Fitch Ratings, where he served as Managing Director of the Education/Nonprofit and Tax-Exempt Housing Sectors. While at Fitch, Doug refined analytic policies and practices, authored rating criteria, and oversaw efforts to develop and implement surveillance systems. He has also held positions at Radian Asset Assurance, Neuberger Berman, and Barclays.� Doug began his career as a municipal analyst at Standard & Poor’s, focusing on enterprise credits, including higher education, healthcare, and transportation.Doug earned a B.S. in Financial Management from State University of New York at Binghamton, and an M.B.A. in Investment Management from Pace University.� He is an active member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and the Municipal Analysts Group of New York.
