Jennifer Kyung is the Zurich North America Headquarters Business Lead appointed to lead the design, development and change management on behalf of the business and employees for the new North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.� Jennifer also currently leads the Women's Innovation Network (WIN) for ZNA consisting of over 1300 members in over 45 Zurich offices in the U.S. and Canada.Jennifer joined Zurich in 2003 in Product Underwriting, and her roles have included� Director of Product Management Programs, Head of Underwriting and Claims Quality & Training and most recently Head of the Underwriting Support field organization in Operations.� Prior to joining Zurich, she was a Senior Manager with Accenture performing strategic and process consulting engagements for large P&C insurers.� Jennifer holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
