Serving as an officer with institutions such as Vericrest Financial, Saxon Mortgage Services, and PlainsCapital Bank (Prime Lending), Cottrell has compiled a successful track record of ensuring compliance and identifying areas for process enhancement. From 2009 to 2011, he managed the contested foreclosure litigation department for Saxon Mortgage, a division of Morgan Stanley.
