John Graser

John Graser is the Collection Strategy and Recovery Director for Barclaycard U.S. Mr. Graser is responsible for the Recovery organization, Collections Project Management, Production Implementation, Collections Strategy, and Collection Legal Matters. Prior to joining Barclaycard U.S., Mr. Graser was the SVP of Recovery for Bank of America where he managed the Consumer Card, Probate, and Business card portfolios. In his role with Bank of America he managed the performance results of 60 asset recovery agencies with a total inventory of $6.3 billion dollars. He is a credit card industry professional with 20 years of experience managing various aspects of the secured and unsecured credit card lifecycle. John has managed an operations center with more than 400 customer marketing and retention employees in Newark, Delaware for MBNA America Bank. He has held call center operations positions in the areas of new account acquisition, fraud mitigation, telesales, and retention. Mr. Graser is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he received a B.S. in Education.
