Kay Curling

Kay Curling is SVP and chief human resources officer for Salient CRGT. She is responsible for defining, developing and implementing strategic human resource initiatives aligned with Salient Federal Solution, Inc.’s, (Salient) core values, mission and vision. She leads all aspects of the company’s human resources and is responsible for formulating the company’s human resources strategy and providing leadership and direction as a partner to the CEO, President, CFO, and senior leadership of the company.
