Kelvin is IBM worldwide client success program director for Information Integration & Governance solutions.� His key responsibility and expertise are in Master Data Management (MDM) and Information Integration (II).� He works closely with organizations in a wide variety of industries worldwide in applying MDM and II solutions for business initiatives such as Customer Centricity, Product and Service Optimization, Risk & Regulatory Compliances, Threat & Fraud Intelligence, and Business Intelligence.� Examples of organizations that Kelvin has worked with include Citi Bank, Bank of America, ANZ Bank, Sun Trust Bank, Bank of Montreal, Honeywell, Bell Canada, Far Eastone (Taiwan), MetLife, Nationwide Insurance, AXA Life (Japan), Tai Kang Insurance (China), Taiping Insurance (China), Shanghai Volkswagen, Samsung Life (Korea), Ministry of Education (Singapore) and Chanel.Kelvin presented in many industry conferences throughout the world.� He is the author of the book titled, “MDM for Customer Data – Optimizing Customer Centric Management of Your Business”Before IBM, Kelvin was Director of Presales Technical Support for DWL.� DWL is the company that was the pioneer in developing Master Data Management for Customer Data domain.� He was responsible for setting up the Presales Technical team that ultimately propelled the Master Data Management solution from DWL to be the market leader.� In September of 2005, DWL was acquired by IBM.� Kelvin spent many years providing consultancy and selling information technology solutions.� He also graduated with distinction for Fellowship of Life Management Institute (FLMI) program and worked in various technologies leadership roles with Manulife Financial in Canada and National Computer Board (currently IDA) in Singapore.
