Les Riedl

As Chief Executive Officer, Les Riedl is responsible for day-to-day-operations, as well as leading the company’s global expansion strategy, product development and technology strategy. Les defines success as making a social impact in the world and joined GlobeOne to do just that, with a commitment to tackling financial inequality by creating a truly global social banking community.Les founded Bank Solutions Group and served as the firm’s senior managing partner, helping mid-sized banks�and credit unions thrive in a difficult environment. Driving value to financial institutions and helping to shape the future of financial services has been one of his central interests for almost four decades and he brings extensive experience advising financial institutions around the world to improve all aspects of the banking business. Previously he was CEO of Speer and Associates.Les holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Cleveland State University. A global traveler, when at home he values quality time with his wife, family and dog. The freedom of the road appeals, and he enjoys exploring long and winding roads on his motorcycles. He has served on multiple industry councils and has been an advisor to several bank boards.
