Mark Tuggle

As Director of Collection and Recovery at BBVA Compass, Tuggle is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of all consumer, business and mortgage collection as well as loss mitigation for all Retail products in the U.S. BBVA Compass Collection and Recovery like other institutions is focusing on the customer view relative to default management and communications. An Alabama native, Tuggle received his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College, an MBA from Stamford University and he graduated from The CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management
