Neil Marcous

President

Neil Marcous is the division executive of Payment Network Solutions at FIS and president of NYCE Payments Network, LLC, an FIS company. In his role, Marcous is responsible for ensuring that FIS delivers leading-edge payment solutions as well as executing the strategic vision for NYCE, AFFN, SUM and Everlink, while supporting FIS’ combined network goals for growth and market leadership. Marcous manages the growth of nationwide and international access of NYCE to thousands of financial institutions throughout the U.S. and the international financial community. The NYCE Network is a leading provider of electronic payments through innovative product offerings, including Internet and mobile payments solutions. The NYCE Network currently supports more than 3000 participants, 360,000 ATMs, over 2 million POS locations and more than 1,400 billers across the U.S. NYCE has a growing base of international relationships, which include Canada, China, Korea and the UK. Prior to joining FIS, Marcous held leadership positions in the financial services and EFT network industry for more than 30 years. Marcous has served as a member of the board of directors for various public and private companies, including the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA), Bisys Group, the Armed Forces Financial Network (AFFN), House Account funding (HAF) and Everlink. He holds degrees in finance and economics from Bowling Green University.
