Patricia Baxter

Patricia (Trish) Baxter, Esq., serves as Compliance Officer for Recovery Management Systems Corporation, a bankruptcy debt purchaser and servicer. She also represents clients in the Accounts Receivable Management Industry regarding regulatory compliance and litigation matters. Trish is a member of the DBA International Board of Directors, where she serves as Ethics Committee Chair and Education Committee Co-Chair.Her prior industry roles include serving as General Counsel for Collins Financial Services and Paragon Way in Austin, Texas and as General Counsel for Unifund in Cincinnati, Ohio. Trish received a B.A. and an M.B.A. from National University of San Diego and she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University. Trish is also an active participant in industry lobbying efforts at the state and federal levels, and she has presented a variety of continuing legal education seminars.
