Patrick Freeman

Patrick Freeman is the Senior Vice President of Partnerships & Distribution at Credibly. Patrick is responsible for the Strategic Partnerships business within Credibly and brings 18 years of FinTech experience to the company across the functions of Strategy & Business Development, Product Development, and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Credibly, Patrick worked at American Express for a period spanning 10 years most recently within their Merchant Financing business driving distribution partnerships & product development for alternative lending solutions designed to meet the needs of small and mid-market companies. Patrick held a series of additional roles at American Express including leading Co-brand Partnerships within OPEN, providing investment analysis across US Card Operations, and driving Structural Reengineering across American Express International. Patrick formerly served as the Head of Business Development at On Deck Capital creating their Strategic Partnerships function and delivering a series of distribution partnerships including their first Top 5 bank partner. Patrick also held a number of positions at Lucent Technologies focused on Business Turnarounds & Restructuring, Capital Investment Management & Governance, and Financial Management as an Expatriate based in Saudi Arabia. Patrick completed his graduate work at Babson College focused on Entrepreneurial Finance and Strategic Cost Management and has his undergraduate degree from Indiana University with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting. He’s an avid runner, traveler, and is a Board Member of the CityKids Foundation.
