Paul Jack

Mr. Jack is a Managing Director with Estrada Hinojosa. Mr. Jack has over 20 years of experience in the structuring and issuance of debt obligations for political entities in Texas and across the Country.� While serving in various capacities either as financial advisor or underwriter, Mr. Jack has managed or supported the bond issuance process for over $30 billion in debt obligations.�His public finance experience includes a wide spectrum of public projects including transportation, water and sewer systems, general city infrastructure, public utility systems, convention centers, stadiums and arenas, school districts, universities, airports, hospitals and economic development projects. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas LBJ School of Public Affairs, teaching Public Financial Management.Mr. Jack has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas’ LBJ School of Public Affairs. Prior to his public finance career, Mr. Jack also served as an officer in the United States Navy.
