Renee Boicourt

Ms. Boicourt is a seasoned public finance professional with over 25 years of experience. She has assisted states, state agencies and municipalities with taxable and tax exempt public and private offerings along with a wide spectrum of credits and structures.� Renee provides transactional and strategic advice on numerous assignments and is a frequent speaker before industry conferences and seminars. Renee has testified before Congress and state legislatures regarding public finance issues. Prior to joining Lamont, Renee served as Managing Director for High Profile Ratings at Moody’s Investors Service, where she managed ratings for the fifty states, the U.S. territories, the largest cities, as well as airports, surface transportation, and utility issuers. Ms. Boicourt also worked for seven years with the City of New York, where she was responsible for tax revenue forecasting and tax policy, first with the city’s Department of Finance, and later with the Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget.Ms. Boicourt has a B.A. in Economics and a Masters in Public Policy, both from the University of California at Berkeley.
