His Core competencies include MDM, Data Integration, Data Governance, Data Warehousing / BI and SOA.As a Senior Manager for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, he is responsible for managing the Data services platform comprising of MDM, RDM and Transactional Integrated Data Store (IDS). He previously led and architected the MDM implementation at Fifth Third Bank which was recognized as the Top 100 innovative projects by CIO Magazine in 2010.Samson earned an MBA from University of Michigan and an MS in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.He has previously spoken on RDM at 2015 Informatica World Conference.
