Sanjay Sakhrani

Mr. Sakhrani covers the Diversified Finance sector, with specific focus on credit card issuing and payments companies.Prior to KBW, Mr. Sakhrani was at Calyon Securities (a subsidiary of Credit Agricole) where he followed the Specialty and Mortgage Finance sectors. He also spent five years within Citigroup’s U.S. Equity Research Department's Specialty and Mortgage Finance team. He has a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University and MBA from Cornell. Mr. Sakhrani has been recognized as one of the leading analysts in the Consumer Finance industry.In 2016, he took the top spot in Institutional Investor’s All-America Research Team for the fourth year in a row. He has also been named a top stock picker in Wall Street Journal’s Best on Street survey and placed prominently in recent Greenwich Associates annual rankings.
