Sue Lee

Sue Lee is a Senior Managing Director with Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC (EYIA), an affiliate of Ernst & Young LLP and part of its US infrastructure advisory group.Sue has over 10 years of experience advising private and public sector clients on procurement strategy, business arrangements, corporate and financial structuring, contract negotiation, due diligence, financing and public-private partnerships (PPPs), and transactions involving public grants, private equity, and/or debt.Sue has focused on assisting public sector clients with: developing legislation and other policy documents related to enabling alternative project delivery methods (such as PPPs) and specific projects that will be delivered through such methods; establishing new alternative project delivery programs; financial analysis to select appropriate project delivery methods; structuring procurements and developing commercial terms in procurement documents; and negotiations with bidders.
