Capgemini has acquired IT firm Thesys Technologies Private Ltd. of India. Terms of the deal were not released.

James F. Mullery, a 22-year veteran of the financial services industry, has joined Security Benefit as a corporate senior vice president and president for the company's Personal Retirement Savings initiative set to launch in early 2011.

Most recently, Casesa led Casesa & Co., an advisory firm serving corporations, investors and governments in the auto industry. Prior to that he served as managing director and global coordinator for automotive research at Merrill Lynch and managing director at Wertheim Schroder & Co.

The new senior managing director, who worked on QlikTech;s IPO in July, will advise on technology matters.
