The company has snatched two more advisors from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

JPMorgan Asset Management has named George Gatch, currently CEO of its mutual funds business, as the new head of investment management services for the U.S. and Canada. He is effectively replacing Eve Guernsey, who is retiring, the firm confirmed Monday.

The securities industry added almost 7,000 jobs in June, and revisions to the previous months’ figures mean there were 4,000 more positions created than had been reported at the time, according to BrokerHunter.com’s latest Employment Trends report.
