Michael J. Woods, U.S. head of distribution for DWS Investments, has been given the additional role of regional head and chief executive officer of DWS Investments U.S.

DWS Investments, the retail mutual funds arm of Deutsche Bank, on Wednesday named Michael J. Woods as regional head and CEO, adding those titles and responsibilities to his current role as U.S. head of distributions.

Baer will help J.P. Morgan develop retirement solutions.

J.P. Morgan Asset Management has hired Benji Baer as managing director and chief marketing officer, reporting to Richard Chambers, chief marketing officer for J.P. Morgan Investment Management Americas. Baer will also serve as a member of the senior management team for Michael Falcon, head of retirement for J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

On Monday Bank of America Merrill Lynch announced that Cathy Bolz was hired to the Institutional Client Relationships leadership team as an Executive Client Relationship Manager, reporting to Kevin Crain.

They plan to boost their staff by 30% over the next 12 months, Fidelity finds.

The unit of Bank of America Private Wealth Management said Wednesday that it hired Greg Khost as a managing director and regional executive in Florham Park, N.J., Donald R. Quattrucci, as a managing director and market investment executive in Rhode Island, and Nancy E. Anderson, as a senior vice president and private client advisor in Minneapolis.
