Zach joined Securities America in January 2006. He began his career as a field representative of National Life of Vermont and Equity Services, Inc. In his current role Zach is responsible for the Annuity and Insurance Business lines and Income Distribution Planning. He has been involved in the development of practical income distribution solution tools for Securities Americas advisors and has worked to enhance the Income for Life Illustration system and has been involved in the development of many of the NextPhase Income Distribution Solutions including the Capturing the Income Distribution Opportunity whitepaper and the ROI* Profile. Zach received a Judges Grant from the FPA Financial Frontiers Awards program for his Income-Harvesting Strategy: whitepaper. This paper was published in the August 2008 edition of the Journal of Financial Planning. He can also be heard on the Master Series podcasts on AdvisorPod.com, the Master Series podcast focuses on providing insight into the business practices of the industrys elite financial advisors. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and is working towards his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska, Omaha.

Yonhee is an owner, Principal and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at JMG Financial Group in Oak Brook, Illinois. She is also a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. JMG Financial Group is a wealth management firm that specializes in comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to high net worth individuals. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day and long term operations of the firm, she is responsible for employee and career development. She has been with JMG since 1986.\nPrior to her current role, she provided financial planning services to clients, focusing on cash flow management, retirement planning, investment strategies, and income and estate tax minimization. As director of the firms trust and estate compliance group, she helped manage the firms fiduciary return practice. Yonhee has presented at numerous industry conferences such as the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and the Market Summit on topics ranging from career development to business management. She has also enjoyed speaking to students at the University of Dayton RISE conference and the Michigan Technological University Finance Club. She has been featured in industry publications for her hiring and management practices. Yonhee is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, a member of the Financial Planning Association, NAPFA and a board member of the Youth Symphony of DuPage. She holds a BA in Communications from Dominican University.

William F. Sweetnam joined Groom in May, 2005 and he co-chairs the Policy and Legislation Group. Before joining Groom, Mr. Sweetnam was the Benefits Tax Counsel in the Office of the Tax Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The Benefits Tax Counsel is the principal legal advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury with regard to all aspects of employee benefits taxation and related matters, including pensions, health care and executive compensation. While at Treasury, Mr. Sweetnam led the teams that provided guidance for Health Savings Accounts and Health Reimbursement Arrangements, the preliminary guidance regarding executive deferred compensation arrangements under Section 409A and the regulatory and legislative proposals regarding cash balance pension plans. In addition, Mr. Sweetnam was part of the Bush Administration's task force to restructure the defined benefit plan funding system (which resulted in the Pension Protection Act of 2006), and he testified before Congressional Committee on behalf of the Administration's proposal. Prior to his services at the Treasury Department, Mr. Sweetnam was Tax Counsel for benefits matters on the Majority Staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance, under the chairmanship of Senator William V.
