Tim Whiting is the Group Publisher for SourceMedia Inc.s investment advisory publications; Financial Planning and On Wall Street. Prior to joining SourceMedia, he served as Corporate Relations Manager for the Financial Planning Association. Tim has over 20 years of publishing experience with consumer, association and business-to-business brands including; Journal of Financial Planning, The New Republic, Inc. Magazine, Scientific American, Good Housekeeping, and Pharmacy Times. Prior to entering the publishing field he served as a Senior Account Executive at Ketchum Advertising on leading national brands. He has diverse print, online and custom media experience from firms including; Medical Economics, Inc., Goldhirsh Group Inc, Scientific American, Inc., Hearst Corporation, and Hachette Filipacchi. Tim graduated from the University of Richmond in Virginia with a BA in Economics. He is an avid amateur musician and performs for local fund raisers and charities. Tim resides in Ridgewood, NJ with his wife and son.

Tim is the business lead for Citi Private Bank’s business transformation initiatives focusing on digitization and innovation. Using ever changing client behaviors and expectations as the catalyst, Tim is coordinating the combination of new processes, new data and new technologies for Citi Private Bank.\nTim joined Citi Private Bank in 2010 as Global Head of Client Management, based in London. In this role he worked with the Global COO, as well as Regional and Global management teams to developing strategies and initiatives to best serve the Ultra High Net Worth market, strengthen client relationships, and ensure target market discipline.\nTim joined Citi in 2000 as Head of Business Analysis for the European Investment Bank, before taking on a broader client strategy role across Investment Banking. In 2006 he moved to Hong Kong to lead the Global Banking Client Strategy team in Asia Pac. Tim returned to London to lead the Corporate and Investment Bank client strategy effort across EMEA during the financial crisis.\nPrior to joining Citi, Tim was a Practice Knowledge Specialist and member of the Financial Services Practice at AT Kearney, and a Researcher at Deutsche Bank.\nTim holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from Kingston University and is married with one daughter. He is also a keen cyclist, who has participated in charity fund raising rides in both UK and Europe.
