As National Sales Manager for SourceMedia’s Research and Marketing Services Group, Rob is responsible for building new customer relationships and delivering innovative, results driven marketing solutions for those customers.\n\nWith over 25 years in sales and sales leadership roles, Rob has built and managed high performance sales teams at both large and small companies. Beginning in 1990, Rob held several leadership roles at Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters) including Managing Director of First Call Europe (1993 – 1996). Rob left Thomson in 1998 as the Executive Vice President responsible for Global Broker Relations. Many of Rob’s accomplishments are the result of introducing new and innovative technologies for start-up companies such as IntraLinks, Avistar Communications and ELSAG Law Enforcement Systems.new companies, working with new technologies, building new markets.\nRob has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from State University of New York at Cortland.

During his career spanning more than thirty (30) years, Mr. Cortright has been both a co-owner and managing member of numerous financial services businesses. Prior to founding DriveWealth, Mr. Cortright served as a partner in Tachyon Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. He was also a co-founder of TAB Networks, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and served as Co-Chief Executive Officer from October 2009 until July 2012. In 2001 he co-founded FX Solutions, LLC, a foreign currency trading business, and served as Co-Chief Executive Officer until May 2009. FX Solutions was named to the Inc. 500 list of fast growing private companies for three consecutive years for having achieved average three-year-trailing revenue growth rates of 1,571%, 744% and 612% for 2005, 2006 and 2007, respectively. In 2007 Francisco Partners, a private equity firm based in San Francisco, CA, invested $156 million in FX Solutions, based on a $255 million enterprise valuation. Mr. Cortright was also co-founder of Financial Labs LLC, a high frequency principal trading business that achieved profitability within 12 months of launch, and was purchased by Bank of America in 2006 at an enterprise value of $43 million. In total, FX Solutions and Financial Labs created approximately $300 million in shareholder value on $4.3 million of aggregate invested capital.\nEarlier in his career, Mr. Cortright served in a variety of high-level positions at prominent Wall Street firms, including Credit Suisse A.G., First Chicago Advisory Group, and Merrill Lynch. In recognition of his success as co-founder of FX Solutions, in 2009 Mr. Cortright was named co-winner of the 2009 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in New Jersey.\nMr. Cortright received a B.A. in Biochemistry and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University. He holds FINRA\/NFA Series 3, 7, 24, 34 and 63 licenses.

Thurston is the President of HR Consulting Group, a top 25 HR\/Benefits consulting firm according to Employee Benefit News. He has spoken at more\nthan 200 conferences on HSAs, Benefits and Human Resources.Since 1981 he has been heavily involved with human resources and employee benefits. He designed and implemented some of the first 401k and Section 125 benefits plans in the United States. In 1983 he designed one of the first PC based administration systems for benefits. He was part of a task force to implement 401k and new benefits for IBM and was the national Vice President for James Benefits- the third largest consulting firm in the world. He was\nresponsible for consulting and implementation of all areas of HR\/Benefits for all 45 offices nationwide.He has helped create some of the best selling HSA\/HRA software, HRIS systems, Section 125, medical claims, Benefits Statements, Voice response, KIOSK, Call Center and now Internet self service software. He has published over 3 books, 4 videos, 20 cassette tapes, and numerous articles in national and international publications.Some of his national clients that he has done consulting to are Axa\/Equitable Life, Pan American Life, Capitol Bankers Life, Maine Fidelity Life, Capitol American Life, Florida Combined Life, CUNA Mutual, IBM, Walmart, Frito-Lay, etc..
