  • A native of Chicago, Trish Moll has served as a Franchise Field Vice President in the Mid-America region for Ameriprise Financial since 2008. As such, she provides leadership and support to drive growth among the 460 independent Ameriprise franchisee advisors in Illinois, Indiana, Southwestern Michigan and Southwestern Ohio. Trish also is responsible for recruiting experienced advisors and generating growth via practice acquisitions and professional alliances. In addition, she oversees compliance and manages the team that supports advisors in her region. \nPrior to joining field leadership, Trish was an advisor with Ameriprise for 18 years. She founded Moll & Associates, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial which had six practice members serving over 400 clients. \nTrish has developed her practice acquisition experience from the ground up by acquiring two practices during her tenure as an independent advisor and then by selling her practice in 2008. In the last four years, as a Franchise Field Vice President, she has facilitated over 30 practice acquisitions for advisors in her region. \nTrish graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing. Trish loves spending time with friends and family, and enjoys traveling – her most recent adventure was a safari in Western Cape, South Africa.\n

  • Pat Allen is a digital marketing strategy consultant whose deep financial services marketing experience includes the launch of the industry’s first intermediary Web site in 1996. Having worked for several years in senior marketing\/electronic communications positions with Chicago’s great investment management companies (Claymore Securities, Calamos Investments, Morgan Stanley\/Van Kampen Investments and Scudder Funds\/Kemper Funds), she founded Rock The Boat Marketing in 2008. Her firm specializes in helping asset managers optimize what they do on the Web. Pat also operates AdvisorTweets.com, a site that aggregates the tweets of U.S.-based financial advisors, thereby providing a window to advisors’ gradual adoption of social media.

  • Pamela Finelli is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Equity Derivatives and Synthetic Equity Research for Deutsche Bank. She has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg radio and has often been quoted in the financial press for her views on the equity derivatives markets.\nPamela started her career in at Bankers Trust in New York in 1994, initially working in risk for Rates Derivatives before moving into Equity Derivatives. She joined DB’s newly-formed Equity Derivatives Strategy team in New York in 1999.\nFrom 2007-2014, Pamela was based in London and led DB’s European equity volatility, correlation and dividend research. In 2012, her team expanded to cover the growing areas of ETF and synthetic equity products. Her group has been ranked #1 in the European Institutional Investor survey for the past four years and has achieved the top ranking in the Greenwich Survey for European Equity Derivatives since 2009.
