Jody began her career as a Financial Advisor with Investors Diversified Services (IDS) in 1986. As an advisor, she achieved top 2% status while also helping to grow the advisor business in the Twin Cities as a District Manager. In 2000, Jody led the Twin Cities as the Franchise Field Vice President and in 2001, she assumed the role of Group Vice President in the Twin Cities Market Group and in 2003, she was recognized in the Twin Cities Business Journal as one of the areas Top 40 Under 40. In 2008, Jody became the Regional Vice President for the Northeast Region where she currently leads 1300 advisors through her team of field leaders, franchise consultants and registered principals. Jodi Hrbek leads the business development team for Nextpoint, the leading provider of cloud-based technology products for legal and compliance needs. Prior to joining Nextpoint last year, Jodi spent over ten years helping companies implement and manage cloud-based applications through her tenure with leading software-as-a-service company, Salesforce.com, and Protiviti, a worldwide technology risk management and internal audit firm. Her current role includes responsibility for Nextpoints relationship with the City of New York, an ongoing engagement to archive all of the social media for over fifty city agencies.

Ms. Hill joined ProFund Advisors LLC in 2009 and her responsibilities include research, development and dissemination of investment strategies utilizing the firms ProShares exchange traded funds (ETFs) and ProFunds mutual funds. Prior to joining ProFunds Group, Ms. Hill was with Goldman Sachs for 17 years. Her experience there included leading global equity derivatives research, focusing on institutional applications of ETFs, futures, options, swaps, and index portfolio trading. She most recently served as a managing director in Goldmans Pensions, Endowments, and Foundations Group.Ms. Hill has published extensively on quantitative investment topics and derivatives, with recent articles in the Financial Analysts Journal, Journal of Portfolio Management, and Journal of Trading. She serves on the board and heads the research committee for the "Q" Group and is on the editorial board of the Financial Analysts Journal and Journal of Indexing. She has also served as a member of the Standard & Poor's, Russell, and Financial Times Index Committees.Prior to coming to Wall Street, she was on the finance faculty of the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and was a research analyst at the Federal Reserve Board. She received a Ph.D. in finance from Syracuse University, an M.A. in international affairs from George Washington University, and an undergraduate degree in International Service from American University.
