The Naples practice serves mid-size businesses in various industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, professional services, not for profit organizations and foundations, and various private clubs and associations.\n\nBeginning in 1979, Mr. Zack served as Tax Managing Director in the Upper Midwest Economic Unit of the firm, where he advised closely held companies and shareholders in all areas of corporate and individual federal and state income tax. Focusing clients’ attention on taxes, led Mr. Zack to become a highly trusted advisor on complex business transactions, individual strategies to mitigate the tax consequences of financial decisions, and wealth transfer techniques. His extensive tax experience led to his leadership of the Private Wealth and Tax Advisory Services provided by McGladrey. In 2002, Mr. Zack began serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer in the firm’s Wealth Management Unit.
