Henry Rubin received a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he graduated summa cum laude, and is a member of Phi BetaKappa. He received a JD from the New York University School of Law and was admitted to the Bars of New Jersey and New York, where he developed an expertise inestate planning at the law firm of Thacher Proffitt & Wood.\nHe is principal of H.
