  • Ann Linton has been in the institutional client services field for 33 years. She is currently a vice president and senior client service manager of institutional clients at Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. where she is responsible for institutional client relationships in marketing and sales support. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 2012, Ms. Linton was vice president and senior client relationship manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Earlier she worked as a client service manager at Chicago Trust\/ ABN AMRO Trust Services, The Hartford and 17 years as an institutional client manager at Aetna Life Insurance Company. Ms. Linton is a charter member and the current President of the Chicago Financial Women’s Organization, volunteers at the Tree House Shelter in the city, and has been a volunteer with the Chicago Lights Tutoring program since 1990.

Under Ann’s leadership, sales increased 66% to their highest levels in company history.\n\nBecause of Ann’s vast understanding of the financial services industry, she has been interviewed and frequently quoted in numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal, National Underwriter, Investment News and American Banker.\n\nAnn earned her Master’s degree from Iowa State University in Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development. She holds her Texas life insurance license as well as her Series 6, 63, 65 and 26 securities designations. Ann is active in several charities benefiting women and children in the United States and around the globe. Ten percent of all speaking and consulting fees earned at The Female Affect go to support these charities including Women Thrive Worldwide and The Girl Fund. She also volunteers at Cornerstone Kitchen and the Dallas Dress for Success Program. Prior to relocating to Texas, Ann served on the Crime Victim Assistance Grant Board that funds domestic violence shelters and sexual assault programs across the state of Iowa. She lives with her husband, Randy and daughter, Katie in Dallas, TX.

He has worked on four continents in these areas having started and run NMG Consultants and Actuaries for 15 years and has consulted with some of the world’s largest companies (including Shell Oil, McDonald’s, Nokia, Unilever, BHP Billiton, SAB Miller and many others). He is the lead consultant to the Douglas County School District (Colorado’s 3rd largest school district) and the key architect behind their vision to become America’s Healthiest School District by 2015. Andrew served as the Chief Wellness Officer for The Vitality Group before starting HAW.
