Banc of America Capital Management, the investment management arm of Bank of America, recently named Anthony R. Carmenate to the newly created position of director of marketing, focusing on investment solutions provided to financial advisers and their clients.
Joining Bank of America from Alliance Capital Management, Carmenate most recently served as the director of U.S. product management for Alliance Bernstein and was the director of marketing for the company's separate account unit. He was responsible for the development and management of investment products for the mutual fund and managed account businesses.
