Persumma Financial of Lexington, Mass. will introduce a 401(k) management service, according to Francois Delvaux, marketing director at Persumma Financial. MassMutual Financial Group of Springfield, Mass. and Nextera Enterprises, management and technology consulting services of Lexington, Mass. formed Persumma Financial, a third company, in March.
The Persumma Financial 401(k), a web-based supermarket of investment choices and advisors, will offer online 401(k) retirement planning service, investment options and third-party investment advice. It will have separate websites for employers and employees. A company can purchase the service and then allow its employees access to their 401(k) program through the consumer website, according to Delvaux. Financial 401(k) can assist employees in establishing and tracking their retirement goals with a variety of online account management services and planning devices.
