    Mr. O’Neil is a Product Manager on IBM’s MDM team and an evangelist on the merits of an MDM approach for the governance and stewardship of enterprise reference data. He is currently leading the development of IBM’s Reference Data Management Hub – an MDM domain and stewardship application specifically designed for management of enterprise reference data.� He has helped to define the IBM strategy around applying an MDM approach to managing reference data and is responsible for bringing the current RDM application from its inception to market.
